At Tarentaal and Kiewiet rondawels the views towards the woodland hill and the surrounding indigenous trees adds to the secluded atmosphere. The prolific bird life, and the easy access to the river and hillside walks, makes these cottages the ideal spot for a very relaxing getaway.

Each open plan bedroom/ living room has 2 three quarter beds, a dining-room table and comfortable chairs next to an inviting fireplace. Fully-equipped kitchens are separate from the bedroom/living room. The natural rock-built bathrooms have showers only.

Tarentaal and Kiewiet have a heart-warming history of many joyful and relaxing weekends enjoyed by regular guests and their pets.

Low season midweek: R250 per person per night sharing.
